So I bow in prayer before the Father from whom every family in heaven and on earth gets its true name. I ask the Father in his great glory to give you the power to be strong inwardly through his Spirit. I pray that Christ will live in your hearts by faith and that your life will be strong in love and be built on love. And I pray that you and all God's holy people will have the power to understand the greatness of Christ's love--how wide and how long and how high and how deep that love is. Christ's love is greater than anyone can ever know, but I pray that you will be able to know that love. Then you can be filled with the fullness of God.1
I give thanks to God for you. I pray that you will be a blessing to many as you faithfully continue to intercede for people through prayer. It takes a real commitment to God for you to pray regularly.
We donít always see the impact that our prayers make, but I can assure you that they do have a great impact for the advancement of the kingdom of God. I pray that God will continually raise up more individuals like you to be intercessors for others in prayer.
I have been praying for you. I will continue to pray for you. May we hold each other up before the Lord. The Lord is our strength. He is our all. He gives us the victory. He works through us as He calls us to intercede for others.
Prayer is love on its knees. Thank you for demonstrating your love for others through prayer. As you pray for others, may your needs be met in Christ. May you know the fullness of joy in Christ Jesus. May you be mighty in Spirit, serving the Lord.
With God's power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine. To him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus for all time, forever and ever. Amen.2
